“Our refund policy”, you ask?

You are covered by our ‘Milestone Payments Policy’ throughout the course of your project. Every time you submit a custom project requirement on Zilra, we match you with a handful of our verified freelancers (number depends upon the size and nature of the project). Once you select the freelancer of your choice, we break down the project into multiple milestones in tandem with the freelancer. You pay the milestone payment ‘after’ the freelancer completes the milestone, delivers it and you find the delivery to be satisfactory. Your card ‘will not’ be charged until you specify that the delivery of the service was, in fact, satisfactory and you specifically instruct us to release the milestone payment to the freelancer.
After all the milestones are completed and payments made for the same, you will still receive free project support for the next 30 days from the freelancer. In case, you find a problem with the delivery, you are entitled to receive updates/maintenance/fixes from the freelancer for free during this period. If the freelancer fails to respond or is unable to fix the issue within a reasonable period, you can initiate a refund request via Zilra and we will pay you back 100% of your amount – No Questions Asked!
You are either 100% satisfied with the delivery of your project or entitled to get a 100% refund from Zilra.
